Thanks & Giving Week 2020

Despite the unparalleled challenges we face right now, we believe in the transformative power of arts education and theatre for the very young and we plan to keep our doors open through the pandemic and beyond.

We are launching Thanks & Giving Week 2020 on December 1st. Support Arts on the Horizon, Alexandria small businesses, and local food banks as we all get through this difficult time together. End the week with a virtual dance party that we hope will bring you and your family some moments of joy and laughter.
Check out the list of events below!

Tuesday, December 1st
Giving Tuesday

Help us kick off of the week with Giving Tuesday.
If you are able to, make a donation to help sustain Arts on the Horizon into 2021.

Your impact, no matter the size, goes a long way.

Wednesday, December 2nd
Support Local Businesses

Make a purchase at local retail stores, Red Barn Mercantile or Penny Post, and they will donate 20% to Arts on the Horizon.

Thursday, December 3rd
Help Fill Our Bookshelves

Purchase a book off of our wish list that we can use in future classes and arts education programs. Help us build a collection of books featuring characters who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Check out our book wish list here:

Join us for this family-friendly fundraising dance party on Saturday, December 5th, right from the comfort of your own home.  Interactive duo, DJ Sway and Coach Megan from 305 Fitness, will be playing lots of kid-friendly music during this event.  With two chances to join (10:30am-11:00am or 11:30am-12:00pm), there's plenty of time to get in on the fun.
